  • Completed entry form
  • 2 stills from the film and 1 photo of the director (if digital, 300 dpi minimum)
  • Press and marketing materials if available (including synopsis, full credits sheet, trailer, posters, postcards)

Due to the limited space in the festival, not all the films submitted will be selected in the festival. If your film is not chosen for the Annual event, can we consider your work for our ongoing monthly screening programs?

RELEASE AUTHORIZATION

  2. I am legally authorized to enter this film in the 2010 Arab Film Festival and agree that, if accepted, a film print or tape will be made available for screening during the Festival
  3. I hold the AFF harmless from damage to or loss of the print or entry form en route to the Festival.
  4. I agree to let AFF use images or clips from the films for publicity purposes and in the festival trailer
  5. Preview screening copies will not be returned by AFF and will be used for the festival archive (The filmmakers retain all rights to their submitted films)
