Bezness
Bezness
The Arab World bridges two continents and two seas; it encompasses a variety of landscapes from the temperate Mediterranean to the extreme desert; it offers a richness and diversity of cultures unparalleled by any region united by a single language. Christians, Muslims and Jews coexist -- sometimes tenuously -- in a mosaic of nations extending from the Atlantic coast of Morocco to the eastern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. For thousands of years, restless streams of change have shaped the identities, allegiances, hopes and aspirations of the distinct and diverse Arab peoples. It is from this unique palette that emerging Arab filmmakers create their art.
